The final field season

Our last round of data collection has begun! The remainder of our field efforts are concentrated in FL as we deploy ~28 refurbished GPS/VHF collars on fox squirrels. This season, we are also collecting additional behavioral data from individuals within an experimental arena. By early fall, the complete dataset of animal location data will be available for analysis. We also hope to start analyzing the behavioral videos with computer software to record measurements of fox squirrel behavior.
